Empower The Workers’ Union does offer help, when we can, to workers in difficulty at work but who are not already members of the Union. If you are not yet a member but you need representation then you should email gsempowerworkersunion@gmail.com , providing some details of the problem that you face. We cannot guarantee to be able to help everyone but you have nothing to lose by getting in touch to see if we can…All enquiries are completely confidential and you will get a reply quickly.

Empower The Workers’ Union is there to help you come together with your colleagues to improve your working conditions. We know that workers united must be listened to. Your boss might ignore one person complaining, but when you get together you become a force to be reckoned with.

We are are a union of workers, not bosses, and we will always take your side. You have to work to live and the boss knows it, so how can you complain about low pay, a lack of sick pay, injustice or discrimination. You are not alone and we will help you and your work colleagues fight back. That is what we are there for and that is what we believe in.
