Empower The Workers’ Union does offer help, when we can, to workers in difficulty at work but who are not already members of the Union. If you are not yet a member but you need representation then you should email gsempowerworkersunion@gmail.com , providing some details of the problem that you face. We cannot guarantee to be able to help everyone but you have nothing to lose by getting in touch to see if we can…All enquiries are completely confidential and you will get a reply quickly.

Empower The Workers’ Union is a union formed by and run by workers just like you, form all sectors and all walks of life all with a common belief: That the only way to match the power of our employers is to group together with one voice and one goal - to improve our working conditions, pay and to fight against workplace injustice in all its forms.
Members of Empower The Workers’ Union are fighting together to improve their working conditions and to oppose workplace injustice and discrimination.
Alone, we are weak. Together we are strong.
Your boss calls the shots. What can you do when its just you by yourself? Bow your head and hope not to be the one to be singled out, denied a promotion, disciplined…
The truth is fighting workplace injustice is impossible by yourself. You have no power, you are at the boss’s whim.
Have someone by your side and suddenly the boss starts to behave…Group together with all of your colleagues and the boss has to listen. Solidarity works, every time.
